Gardening In Containers and Small Spaces:

Whether patio, poolside, window box, or small garden you can enhance a small space with plants and flowers. Containers provide color, convenience and variety. Lynn Thomson will give a talk and slide presentation to show you some options and give you some tips for creating a beautiful area in your limited space.

Shade Gardening:

Does that tree you planted all those years ago now cast shade on much of your yard? Most of us have at least one area of our year that is shaded and it can present problems. Lynn Thomson will discuss the different types of shade and give a slide presentation of some plants that are adapted to these situations.

The Three Season Garden:

Spring is a spectacular time in the garden. Bulbs are bursting through the ground, early perennials are starting to show flowers, spring-blooming shrubs are adding their array of colors and trees are growing fresh new leaves. In many gardens, what follows during the summer and fall is rather a letdown.
